Grommets:  black Ropes:  black satin ribbon Bust : Measure under the arms and around fullest part of bustlineSleeve : upper arm circumferenceSleeve length: shoulder to wristShoulders : measure across back across the top of your shouldersLength from nape to waist down your back Front length: Measure from shoulder (at neck) over bust to waist in frontWaist : Measure around natural waistSkirt Length: Measure from waist to desired hem.  This skirt has an elastic waist band. Ohhh... yes... this is my favorite!!!  I made one for myself last year for Halloween and I had a blast!!!  This is a fantastic costume!
