The size on the inside says 1 but in the pictures my daughter is three and as you can see the skirt has lots of room to grow. It is the cupcake style and is really long. We were new in the pageant business and did not know to pin it up. I also took the sides out  on the top, over an inch each side. Now there is plenty of room to grow. Unique Fashions sews on everything. They never glue it on. This dress retailed for $380.00. It has only been worn two times and is in perfect condition. It has rows of roses and leaves and the rhinestone bands. It is just gorgeous. This dress won my daughter best dressed and most beautiful both times she wore it. I did add a darker ribbon to the bottom cascade because the skirt has dark pink and it made the two look like they go together better. They were purchased together for the above price.
