Nomad's culture influenced greatly on Uzbek Applied Art. There were very many of Nomads decorative articles which became very popular for home decoration. Most of Nomads articles have been used as decoration for Nomads' yurts. From the outside Yurts looked plain and simple, but were brightly decorated inside with woven articles, embroideries and other handmade things. These are two handmade Pendants for doors. The age of the item is the second part of the 20th century. The pendants are decorated with multicolored patchwork patterns made of silk threads. There are some tassels decorating this item. The pendants were hung above the doors. Size: 29 x 3 inches. Condition: very good. The item can find its special place in your textiles collection and complement your decor.
