The item is Uzbek Silk handmade embroidery - a pair of amulets called "Tumor". It is believed to protect its owner from all evils. The region of the item is Surhandariya, the South of Uzbekistan. The age of the item is the second part of the 20th century. The item is decorated with nice handmade tassels.  It seems to the touch that some paper was put inside, probably it was a paper with a prayer.
