DESIGN: A knee length skirt meant to sit on the hips. Made from bias cut fringed strips, each of which has stitching all around the edges so it will hold its shape. 4 of them are sewn together horizontally to create the 4.5"/11 cm yoke. The other strips are sewn together for about 6.6"/16 cm and then left to hang separately to create the carwash effect. Underneath the skirt yoke is lined with silk lining, with silk chiffon under the main body of the skirt, which is finished at the bottom with another bias strip of the skirt fabric. This design is totally unique to CHANEL and is special to the 04P Collection. Center back zipper with invisible clear plastic poppers to hold the flap in place and conceal the zipper. White CC Chanel plaque at the waist.
