It would also look cute with jeans or any skirt. Fabric: This pretty blouse is made from polyester fabric with a woven design. Condition: It's in good condition, shows some wear. Measurements: Length: 23", Waist: 36", Bust: 40", Across the back between the shoulders: 17", Sleeves: Length: 14", Opening: 15", Cuff: 9". About the Measurements: The main size you need to look for is the bust. The rest of the measurements are generally proportional. Please note, your bust size is not your bra size! If you are estimating based on bra size please add some inches, at least one for each letter of your cup size. To be exact, you need to measure around the fullest part of the bust, especially since bras are often fitted incorrectly. All measurements are taken lying flat, numbers doubled (except length of course). Blouse length is from shoulder to waist, sleeve length is from underarm to cuff, bust is measured generally arm pit to arm pit, waist may actually mean just below the bust on short choli blouses, so please see pictures to tell. International orders please write us beore bidding for exact cost. *Note: Items from our newest store category Notions, Novelties, Treasures ship UPS from our warehouse in California, so can only combine with other items from that category.   Spots, Stains, Care and Cleaning Many of the brightly colored silk, rayon, and cotton items are not colorfast, so please be careful when laundering or the colors may bleed to other items. We recommend that you hand wash alone in the washing machine with very little (or no) gentle soap, then spin a bit on delicate machine setting and promptly remove. Then a gentle shake or pull to get the wrinkles out, and line dry or hang on a plastic hanger away from the sun. For heavily beaded or silk with gold zari threads woven or embroidered it is usually best to have it professionally cleaned. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth before sending to them, or they may actually set a stain in. All of our items are clean, but sometimes an item will have some faint spot or smudge. We try to mention everything carefully in the description, but if you notice a spot that we missed, please try gently rubbing with a damp or slightly soapy white wash cloth. Please do not send it to the cleaners without first writing to us. In our experience we?ve found that they are not good at all at getting out even the simplest spots that wipe right off. The damp cloth is the best, but if it doesn't help, then it must be a stain.
