Keychain is included as well as matching solid blue oilily tights.  This is a very popular dress and for very good reason! It's just amazing. Please see my other auctions for lots of matching pieces! Many are also new with tags, or sometimes new without tags. All of my children's clothing is washed on the hand wash cycle, then hung or laid flat to dry.  I will be listing MANY more boutique and brand name items, so please check back!
