I bought this dress last summer and had it taken in to fit my dd, she was wearing 18-24 months at the time.  I had it let out a few months ago to roughly a 3T.  For reference, my dd is 34 pounds and 37 inches tall and wears a 3T in regular clothes.  This dress still fits her, but I just bought her a new one so it's time to let this one go.  There is plenty of room to take in or let out.  It is a 2 piece dress. I bought this dress from a another ebayer, and I believe she was the original owner.  There are some VERY faint tan stains on the inside of the bodice and a few spots on the flowers from the previous owner, my dd doesn't tan.  This dress has been cleaned so the tan stain is very faint. This is a used dress, but it is in great condition.  There are a few missing stones, nothing that would be noticeable from stage.  The last picture of my daughter wearing the dress was just taken last month.
