It should fit up to 2T or possibly bigger. The bodice is superstretch. It is a 2 piece, however right now it is just safety pinned together for a better fit. My daughter has never wore this in a pageant, but my cousins little girl has & she won the title! The judges loved it. It was custom made by KPB and is in perfect condition. Comes with bodice, skirt, panty covers, bow, headband & bustle bow. Has been stored in a rubbermaid tote since I got it. Comes from a smoke free & pet free home. All items sold as is, No returns.
