There are no tags on it and it’s never been worn. Elastic on top so it stretches and can be worn off the shoulder.It’s cotton with polyester or rayon blend in the lace. I believe the fabric is 100% cotton.I purchased this new from eBay about a year ago. It’s new and fresh and sexy. Fits 12-18, maybe bigger depending on where you keep your weight. (I wear a 16-18 and it fit me fine, but 18 pushes it.) From pit to pit (these are actually gussets) it's 27-28 inches. Across the hem base it's 28 inches. From the top of the neck to the hem base it's 25 inches. These are approximate measurements but darn close.I have one white and one black lace Mexican blouse for sale.
