ArmStreet provide: MEDIEVAL LAMELLAR STEEL ARMOR SUIT #17 I'm very happy to provide this armor as I really love it. Lamellar armor is top one from many stand-points because of great balance between flexibility, protection and weight.We made only 2 armor suits during 3 years and this one is second in new series. Armor is made of small stainless steel scales, thickness is 1mm which is absolutely enough because of double-covering and great shock-absorption properties of lamellar armor. Shoulders and front/back plates are also made of stainless steel (1.58 mm i.e. 16 ga). Size is L up to XXL and it fits like glove. Each line of scales is covered with leather for best shock-absorption and contact between scales. There are 10 holes in each scale in accordance to authentic Mongolian design - most complicated and reliable fastening way. In comparison to previous version armor is upgrated with wider shoulders - they looks better and protect arm from almost all directions. General specificationes:-About 780 scales (i.e more then 7000 holes lacing comes through)-Stainless steel sclaes and plates-More then 180 yards of lacing used-Leather covering along each scales line bottom-Armor consist of: 2 shoulder plates, 2 lamellar spaulders, front and chest upper plates, body and back lamellar segments and 4 tassets - absolutely in accordance to pictures.
