Luxurious velvet belt base is fully lined and professionally crafted to provide the best of comfort and durability. Large velvet discs are artistically hand decorated with silver studs, cowrie shells, glass beads and metal sequins to create an eyecatching starburst design. Mohair wool fringe is an interesting blend of different fibers and textures for added movement and style. Rich and vivid Black, Steel Blue and Silver Patina wool color blend.
