The dress is a stylish A-line shift, with a narrow navy grosgrain ribbon stitched to the hip. Below the hip, the dress is pleated in the front. The contrast stitching is pink, which looks perfect wiht the ribbed pink turtleneck sweater. The sweater can, of course, be worn with a million different things, but completes this outfit with ease. It has a ruffle along the neckline and cuffs which makes it incredibly sweet. Evelyn never had a chance to wear either piece, so both the dress and the sweater are in perfect, like new condition. The dress is sized 3 yrs, but in my opinion runs a bit small and might also fit a 2.5 year old. The sweater is a size 2.
