The rest of the measurements are generally proportional. Please note, your bust size is not your bra size! If you are estimating based on bra size please add some inches, at least one for each letter of your cup size. To be exact, you need to measure around the fullest part of the bust, especially since bras are often fitted incorrectly. All measurements are taken lying flat, numbers doubled (except length of course).
