The overlay was just whipstiched to the bodice and it currently isn't attached as the dress fit my daughter better without it as she is super tiny. I bought this from a previous ebayer a few months back as I had been looking for a coral dress for months but unfortunately my dd doesn't grown very quick so it will be quite a while before this fits her the way I want and I hate for it to sit in the closet when someone else could use it.  It does have a few (what I believe to be) small glue marks on the bodice but nothing that would be remotely noticeable from stage.   Measurements (Keep in mind I am not a seamstress): Bodice from middle of chest to bottom - 9" Skirt length including waistband - 8" Superstretch overlay - 4"   FYI: The first two picture are with the overlay attached to the dress and the last one is without it.  To reattach the overlay all you would need to do is re-whipstitch the overlay to the underside of the bodice.  Please excuse the measuring tape in the pictures LOL Have to keep a little one occupied somehow :-)   Please ask any questions before bidding as all sales are final and payment is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.   Happy Bidding!   Place a Bid!
