It is baby fine wale corduroy with 3 ruffles, 1st and 2nd ruffle is asymetrical which makes this unique. I love the shirt that matches, it is ecru with brown trim with a gorgeous embroidered flower bed on the right sleeve, also the name CATIMINI across the front of the shirt. Both pieces are size 74 or 12 months and NWT. Sadly we never got to wear this but maybe your princess can wear this for holidays this fall/winter.
