The length from center of the bodice to the hem is about 15 inches not including the fully adjustable halter strap which can raise of lower the length as desired.  My daughter has a 21 inch chest and had about another inch of let out on the chest.  It can be taken in also as there are hooks on the superstretch.  My daughter wore this once and won at NES New York.  It is very easy to get on and is very comfortable to wear. Also included is the matching hair bow and removable bustle bow for the back. The pictures do not do this dress justice.   The starting price is half of what the dress cost to have made!
