Made for years of use and very nice to just sit and look at. The durable skin has wonderful ridge patterns. It has a latched overflap secured with a Swiss made combination lock. There is a document pocket on the front of brief beneath the overflap. The front of the brief has a fold out board secured with a magnetic snap. Within the foldout is a large document pocket, an I.D. pocket and 7 card slots. There are 2 main compartments inside separated by a zipped pocket. One main compartment has it's own zipped pocket, the other has 3 open pockets and 4 pen holders. Of course, there is a shoulder strap included.
