This IS an amazing dress. Wonderful, fun modern fabric crafted in the perfect prairie twirl style dress. The skirt is three tiers plus a ruffle. The top of the dress has buttons, collar and cute 3/4 sleeves with a bell style cuff. ADORABLE! You will get so many compliments on this one! Great year round dress. Size: Tag says 3 and it's true, but should fit a larger 24 Month 2 2T, so get it early. Condition: EXCELLENT! Worn twice! Could easily pass for new! May have a SMALL LIGHT spot or two. Will note defects in description. Wear for daycare, preschool, school or daytime gentle play.
