Two zippered pockets in front, just below the waist.  Two breast pockets with velcro closures.  Sleeves are elastic with adjustable velcro band.  Front of jacket zips AND snaps, for added wind protection.  Elastic waist for a closer fit. Sleeve measures 19" from collar to cuff.  Length measures 21" from shoulder to front hem.  16" from armpit to armpit. Use it now in warmer climates, or save it for next spring!  LOTS OF LIFE left in this jacket.
