Dupioni Silk Empress Suit by Tosha Hays' Description Great For Holidays, Church, Christening or Weddings for the "Little Guy" For sale is the "Empress Suit" which consist of a short jacket - 6" in length that has a round collar with piping around collar, jacket is fully lined with china silk.  There is a piped band that continues around the front and lower edges of the jackrt.  The neck edge of the jacket has one mother of pearl button with loop closure.  The jacket has an 11" neck opening, sleeve opening is 8" and has a 3/8" piped band at the bottom of sleeve.  Jacket is 22" around. The pants are 16 1/2" long also made of Dupioni Silk (not lined)  Waist is 18 1/2" with 1" elastic casing in the back. Along with this outfit is a knit tee shirt with one button - 1 1/2" placket opening at neck edge.  3" sleeve - 11 1/2" from shoulder to hem.
