It is a very versatile design and I would say it is best suited for a little one in a range size 3 up 6. For reference, my model Ely is a 6. Payment due within 3 days, unless previous arrangements have been made. Method of payment is paypal only with a verified account and confirmed address. Shipment to PO Box is not accepted.
