The umbrellas were purchased at an estate sale and we were not able to find out specifically when or where they were made, nor specifically what the material is. This lovely umbrella is in wonderful condition with the exception of some wear on the brass finish on the handle.  The umbrella opens and closes properly. The umbrella is about 32" in diameter when open and it is about 32 1/2" in overall length. The umbrella is a semi opaque white, lined in pink with green trim.  The ornate handle appears to be brass or brass plated.  There is a little wear on the finish as seen so I thought perhaps the latter, but I do not know for sure.  The handle has some applied ornate scroll work on the outer edge and near the end as seen in two of the closeup photos.   We will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
