Sums it up for this darling dress. This red dress is a size 24 months. New (with tags) I think it would fit an 18 months to. Runs small. Dress is made of satin lining underneath with Double net material layered over the bottom of it. The bottom net is ruffled (both layers) at the whole entire bottom. Applique lace design with sea pearls and sequins  over the front. Around the front and back neckline. Gorgeous! The puffed sleeves have the same design with a white flower and sea pearls and ribbon. The back of this dress is an open- back with the same applique lace and designs. The neck and the waist has a bigger pearl button for closing. There is a bigger bow that can be attached at the back waistline or removed. This bow is decorative  to (as seen in the photo) This dress has a satin ribbon to tie in the back for a better fit.
