Recommend Dry Cleaning Only.I purchased this material from an Ebay Dealer who stated the materal was from France. It has black satin bows down the center with black beading on the sleeves, neckline and arround the bottom of the skirt. There is black lace around the sleeves and neckline. The skirt and bodice are fully lined and the Bodice is boned.  I will include the beautiful black onix and rhinestone necklace which compliments it perfectly. The bodice is a size 48 The Skirt has a Waist size of 40 NEVER BEEN WORN !! I've included a picture of the inspiration.
