It is made of dark brown leather and is in very good condition.  It measures 14 1/2 inches across and about 11 1/2 inches tall so it's a more compact than your typical briefcase. It has compartments on both sides. On the side with the combination lock, it has a zippered inside pocket and the compartment expands to a maximum of 2 inches. The lock (for that case, all of the hardware) show minimal signs of wear). The other compartment is internally divided into two parts and also expands to a maximum of 2 inches. The flap is stylishly cut on a diagonal and closes with a magnetic clasp. The interior of both compartments are in excellent, like new condition. A really nice, classy and stylish briefcase at a fraction of it's original cost. I'll be happy to send additional pictures at your request.
